BAM 12P Peptide,Cas:75513-71-2
Bovine adrenal medulla 12 peptide
Product description
BAM 12P is a 12-aa peptide corresponding to aa210-221 of the precursor proenkephalin-A. It encompasses the sequence of Met-enkephalin that mimics the effects of opiate drugs, which are pain perception and stress response. BAM 12P peptide is a potent endogenous agonist for the sensory neuron specific receptor (SNSR) and isolated from bovine adrenal medulla. BAM 12P produces opioid- and non-opioid receptor mediated antinociceptive effects in vivo.
